25 weeks! (and counting)

We have made it to an EGGPLANT! Yes, little bambino is the size of an eggplant! A few weeks ago, Jon bought an eggplant to grill, and well.... it was big! I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant, and still feeling good! I have had some back pain, but it comes and goes.

In other news. Cecilia came to visit for the weekend! We had so much fun visiting, baby shopping, relaxing, eating, and more shopping! I love having family come visit. We miss our families so much out here, but it's nice to be able to go visit, and them come visit us! I didn't take any pictures (not sure why, just forgot I guess). The next time we see her, our little guy will be here! That is so exciting to think about~!

And in other, other news... We just booked flights to go out to Utah for the end of October! We will be there the 24th (BYU football game) through Nov. 1st. I"m SOOOOO excited. I can't wait to see friends, FAMILY, and everyone else(ha, that sounds funny). I'm also excited to see Temple Square, Nordstroms, Cafe Rio, and Family (mainly Kaitlyn)

So that's what is going on in our neck of the woods!

Weekend with Nana!

My Nana came to visit this weekend! She had not been to Tennessee since we moved here, so it was time for a visit! We had so much fun! Friday night we took her to our favorite pizza place Mafiaoza's. Then we chatted all night!

Saturday was our shopping day! We went to Babies R Us for a few hours. We looked at Strollers, and car seats, and gliders, and cribs... all the good things! I think I found the stroller travel system I want. But I'm going to hold off, until we get a little closer!

We also started making little Bambino's quilt. My grandma is a fantastic seamstress, and I have tried to pick up a little of her talent! I have been wanting to make a quilt for a long time. So I thought the prefect place to start is with a little baby blanket. So we worked on that Saturday. Who knew it would take so long cutting squares??? OH and we watched the BYU game.

Then, We went over to Opry Land Hotel. I always forget what a great place that is! Just walking around is so cool, but all the fun restaurants, and stores!

Here we are outside of the Grand Ole' Opry
Jon and I in front of a neat Waterfall (and spinning restaurant!)

I took a lot of other pictures, but I was switching off using Nana's Camera and Mine, So most of the good ones are on her camera. So more to come!

Nana Left Monday Morning, Here is a Picture of us!
I'm her first Grandchild, and the bump under my shirt is her first GREAT grandchild!
Exciting, I know!

We had so much fun visiting and really enjoyed spending time with Nana!
This will probably be the only time I see her this year. Since I can't travel during Christmas.
I think I see a trip to San Diego in the near future!!!!!

Then I had to get a picture with my cute husband, since we were taking pictures!

22 weeks

Alright, alright, alright... After hearing everyone BEG for a belly picture ( i was hoping to stay away from the camera for 9 months) I gave in. Here I am at 22 weeks prego!

Last weekend, Jon and I wanted to go on a weekend trip. I was thinking somewhere close, like Atlanta, or Gatlinberg...... well we ended up in Maryland! We jumped on a flight at 7pm that night. (Jon booked the tickets at 4 pm) It was a fun spontaneous trip! I didn't take many pictures. We spent our time hanging out with family. But on Monday afternoon we went down to the American History Museum. The only pictures I took were of Julia Childs Kitchen! Bon Appetite!!!!!

OH, and I had to take a picture of the Ruby Red Slippers!
