our son is going to be 4 months next week! But I just got the pictures back form when he was 2 months. A friend in my ward in Maryland wanted to use Jonathan as her model, and here is what we got!

He was actually really grumpy that day, and these were before he was really smiling. I love them!

Jonathan's Baby Blessing

Jonathan was blessed on April 18th, 2010. It was such a special day

for our little family. I have been looking forward to blessing Jonathan since Jon left.

The blessing was so nice. Jon did a fabulous job. I was a little teary, it was so special.

After church we had a little lunch get together at my house.

OCS graduation

Wednesday April 14th Jonathan and I flew up to Newport, Rhode Island to be reunited with Jon! It was (thankfully) a short flight. When we got off the plane I was so excited!!!!! When I saw Jon waiting for us at the bottom of the elevator my heart started beating faster!! I ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug. Jonathan had just fallen asleep, so Jon just stared at him in the car seat. It was so special, to see Jon looking at his little boy.

After Jon picked us up, we went and got some dinner. Here is Jon holding Jonathan for the first time in 12 weeks. Jonathan was 2 weeks old when Jon left. He grew a ton while he was gone.

Thursday April 15th Jon had his Pass in Review at 1:30pm. This is where they march in and do a Parade for the Official Party. They do a bunch of drill with there guns as well.

It was so great to finally be back together as a family. Jon worked so hard, and I am so proud of him. It is a great accomplishment to do what he did. He will be a great officer, and I am looking forward to being a Navy Wife!

Tomorrow (April 14th) is the day I have been waiting for, for 12 weeks! Jonathan and I will fly up to go see

The Big day will be Friday April 16th, (graduation) but I think Wednesday will be amazing.

We are so excited to go see Jon, I can't believe it is finally here. I just can't wait to give him a big hug and kiss.

Also we are blessing Jonathan on Sunday. What a Special weekend!

Happy Easter

Easter is a wonderful holiday, it was especially great to listen to the Prophets during conference over the Easter weekend!

Life with a baby is so fun. Especially when holidays roll around. Jonathan got a "babies first Easter" outfit from Grandma Bullough, and I took a few pictures with my iphone (it actually take some-what decent pictures) My regular camera had died.

Jonathan turned 3 months old yesterday! I can't even remember what my life was like without him. I love spending every moment with him. His smiles and laughs brighten my day. He is starting to sleep a little better. He is on a schedule, which is AMAZING. In about a week we are going up to Newport to see Jon! I am so excited, 3 months being apart is a long time. It has been hard, but I know it was worth it. I can not wait to see Jon's face when he sees Jonathan.

It's Been a while....

It has been a while, and I'm not sure why. I have been staying with my parents in Maryland, and it has been great. It is so nice to have Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Jenney around to play with. I enjoy the company, and my mom and dad are in heaven having Jonathan here. Aunt Jenney loves getting Jonathan to smile, and even changed her 1st diaper tonight!!!

We went down to Norfolk to look around for spring break, it was nice to see what the area is like. They have fun shopping areas and nice neighborhoods. We spent a day in Williamsburg ( my new favorite place). Jonathan traveled pretty well. At one of the malls we found the Easter Bunny!

The weather is warming up, the birds are chirping and we are down to less than 2 weeks until Jon graduates!

I am so excited, I get to talk to him nearly every day which is fantastic!
