Happy September!

29 Weeks and other fun news!

Hello September! I'm so glad to see you! September means a few things to me. First off, we are half way done with deployment! WOOOHOOO! It also means we are one month closer to meeting our baby boy! I am 29 weeks pregnant today. BUT, I will probably have the baby early, so that means even less days. It also means cooler temps, fall leaves, and football!

I am doing well in the pregnancy department. I am in my third trimester. I officially feel huge, and am getting uncomfortable. Sleep is always an interesting experience. Last night I woke up every hour on the hour. Annoying! Then Jonathan decided that 4:30am was a good time to wake up and want to play. awesome! Thankfully I tricked him back into bed and we got some more rest!

Jonathan is quite the character these days. He is obsessed with his toy vacuum and any real vacuum. I have to just hid the real vacuums now and not even pull them out when he begs to play with them. At my moms house, she has 2. He knows all the closets we put them in. Even though today, I found a new closet to stuff it into. Right now I have one vacuum hiding in Davids room in his clothing closet (that's the new one) and the other vacuum is in the basement in the bathroom. HA! good them he won't be reading this to find my secret hiding spots! At Grandma Bulloughs house, he knows where she keeps hers as well. But she is smart and hid it last time we were up there!

He Also LOVES trucks! When we are driving he points out all the trucks and buses. He has a new love for water and especially sinks. I pulled out a step stool the other day for him to climb on and wash his hands. Now, sometimes in the morning I'll be in my room and hear the step stool being dragged out of the closet and into the bathroom. I guess I'll have to find a hiding place for that now too!

We have a new addition to the family. Jackson Gunnar Packham came into the world on August 25, 2011. He weighted 7 lbs 2 oz. and was 21 inches long. He is very cute. He is already starting to change! We went and saw him yesterday and I couldn't believe how much he looked like his dad! We love him so much. I can't believe Mary is a mommy!

My brother David got a big kid job! He is a English teacher for a high school out in Ogden, Utah. I suppose he is very busy, because he hasn't called me since school started. Hint Hint! (if your reading this)
