Oh boys!

Fall is in the air (even though its like 80 degrees today). But the next week is going to be nice. I love fall, the crisp air, the long pants. The ability to play outside and not need a shower after. Ahh, yes, fall is great.

This is a rare moment. I had to document it. Last night we went out and I actually did my hair and put some makeup up on! It doesn't happen that much so I needed to prove it does happen occasionally.

Here is my little cooper getting so big. He has been walking with his toys!

Jonathan wasn't feeling well one day so we made a bed for him on the floor. Cooper wanted to join in. But he wouldn't sit still!

Mommy and cooper

This was just a Wednesday afternoon. Jonathan at the piano, cooper in the book case playing. Oh I love these boys!

Jonathan and Cooper
Pictures taken Sept. 30th
I bought the boys these cute shirts. I have a tie for JB, but of course he won't put it on because I want him to. Cooper looks so cute in his bow tie!

San Diego trip - our trip captured by the iPhone

We loved being in California. We did lots of fun things and really enjoyed our family time together. We not always had our nice camera with us. So I took tons of pictures on my iPhone. Here is just a sampling.

Nana and cooper enjoying time together

Like I have said before, Jonathan is obsessed with baseball. We were out playing in Nana's front yard and cooper didn't like being on the grass. So I put him in Jonathan's car seat!

We visited sea port village one afternoon. Jonathan like the water fountains

And the carousel

More fountain, you can see the Coronado bridge in the background

Sea world!

At the padres game they had some Navy stuff. Jb liked looking at the "big boats"

Cooper playing at Nana's house

Balboa park

We loved Coronado island! We went there 3 or 4 times to visit and walk around.

Jonathan at the fountain again. Cooper chilling with daddy

This is from La Jolla. I love it!

San Diego -Padres game

On Saturday September 8th, we went to see the Padres play! The stadium was beautiful. Jonathan is obsessed with baseball so he was in heaven. He took his mitt with him so he could catch a ball. It was pretty cute cooper loved sitting with daddy the whole game and flirting g with all the girls around him!

Here j is walking into the stadium

My boys watching some baseball!

The park had this cute kids diamond for kids to play on during the game. The had staff members pit hing to the kids. Then the kids would be the fielders. We made the mistake of checking it out before the game. Jonathan was obsessed with it. He didn't want to leave. We finally dragged him away for a bit to watch the game in our seats. But he spent the most of the game down there with me. I didn't mind. He was having fun and I got to sit on the lawn in the outfield and watch the game.

California Trip - Arrival to San Diego

We arrived in San Diego wednesday afternoon. We had a decent flight. The boys were not terrible! It wasn't half bad. I was shocked and pleseantly surprised! Once Nana Picked us up, we went to eat at Point Loma Seafood. A Favorite of our family. It was delicious. The view was great, the food was tasty and there was a nice park down on the point. We stopped to let the boys play and burn off some of that energy.
Daddy loves pushing the boys in the swings.

We loved being with Nana. The boys especially loved spending time with her!

Trying to get a decent picture of JB is.... pretty difficult these days!

I loved how the park had this view of the bay. I just thought it was so pretty to be swinging and looking at this!

California Trip - Sea Worlk

We visited Sea World the day after we arrived in San Diego! It was a nice day and we were excited to get out and explore San Diego. We had a little rough start, due to the time change. The boys woke up at 4:30am thinking it was 7:30am eastern time. It was kind of awful. But we didn't let that stop us. When we finally got ready for the day and arrived at sea world it was pretty much Jonathan's nap time. But of course he would not fall asleep. So we just plugged right along! The first thing that they had for the little kids was a Sesame Street play area. Jonathan had never been on a amusement park ride before. I thought he would love it. He had mixed emotions. He liked it once it started, but getting him on was a little hard. He was so tired. But he did have a good time!

Here he is crying... poor kid. And I made him stay on it. Ha.
I kind of felt bad at this point. But once it started he loved it!

Next were the tea cups. Those were fun!

Jon took him on the flying Elmo (like the dumbo ride at Disney land) He totally cried while waiting in line. It was embarrassing. But once they started he had fun.. we think?!

After all the rides he was hot and say the little splash park. We didn't bring swim suites, so he took his shirt off and played in his shorts! He had a great time!!

I did have a change of clothes in my bag, way to go mommy!~
Next was the shamoo show! It was really fun. Jonathan and Cooper both loved it!

After this show we wanted to go get lunch. The food prices were outrageous. So we ate all the snacks I had and plugged along. We saw the sharks, and the sea lions and lots of other fun creators. It was a fun day!
